As a mom of four, I understand needing hair that actually works for your lifestyle while still making you feel confident, put together, and love the best version of yourself. Every service is fully customized to your hair, your routine, and your goals so your results feel effortless and last, whether that’s extensions, color, or a haircut. CANCELLATION POLICY
REN’S PLACE | Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you! Because REN’S PLACE operates by appointment only, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellation Fees: * 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service total. * Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the scheduled service total. * No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service total. Weekend Policy: Saturdays and Sundays do not count toward the cancellation notice window. Monday appointments must be canceled by Thursday at the same appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. This policy applies to all services, including haircuts, color, and extensions. Extension Appointments: Extension hair deposits are subject to the separate deposit terms agreed upon before ordering hair. I understand that life happens and unexpected circumstances arise.
