CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. * Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% service charge * Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or same-day will be charged 100% of the scheduled service * No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total We understand that emergencies happen and will always do our best to be fair in those situations.
